This is such a good question and I love working with kids! But first let's start with you. Kids are part of a bigger system which is the family. So I partner up with the parent and we go from there. The impact of a parent seeking help is the first step in the journey. 

How quickly does Conscious Parenting work ?

We live in a busy world driven by expectation, outcomes and timelines. CP offers the parent a time to invest in themselves which ripples outward exponentially with our family. There are no do overs with our kids, if you’re here, let's go:)

My kids are older and heading off to college so whats the point?

We can get caught in thinking about this as a linear journey but it's not. If you are looking for a deeper connection with your older child then jump in. What I love about my older children is when I revert back to old ways they have the ability to call me out on it, our kids are wise!
